Please confirm cover with your insurer.
As a patient, you are ultimately responsible for the cost of your treatment, therefore it is vital that you understand what will be covered by your policy. We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company BEFORE your appointment and provide them with details of your intended treatment. In some cases insurance company may require a referral from your GP. If your insurance company confirms your cover for the appointment please obtain an authorisation code from them. Please provide your authorisation number when making a booking.
Billing and Payment
Our Clinic has agreements with most UK insurance companies allowing to process patient accounts directly with the Clinic. Invoices for your treatment are sent directly to your insurer. Once you insurance company processes the claim they will notify us and will also inform you if there are any shortfalls or excess to be paid. Any excess payments should be paid by you directly to the Clinic.
