We prefer to speak to you directly so that we can:

• advise what tests or procedures may be needed
• book an appointment at a convenient time and place
• give you an estimate of costs and help with medical insurance forms

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are also offering video consultations for those that are in self-isolation or unable to attend appointments in person.  

Information for Insured Patients

We are covered by most major UK insurance companies. Invoices for your treatment are sent directly to your insurer. Once your insurance company processes the claim they will notify us and will also inform you if there are any shortfalls or excess to be paid. Any excess payments will be paid by you directly to the Clinic.

We recommend that you contact your insurance company before making an appointment. In some cases, the insurance company may require a referral from your GP. If your insurance company confirms your cover for the appointment please obtain an authorisation code from them. Please provide your authorisation number when making a booking.
